Privacy policy

This site is an information page of the Frutaliya wholesale base. We do not collect data through forms, we keep no user accounts and we use no advertising trackers. Below is an honest list of what is still processed when you visit.
1. Who is responsible for processing

2. What is processed and why
- Server logs — IP address, request time, page address, browser type. Needed for security, protection against attacks and troubleshooting. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a stable website. Logs are kept for a limited time and deleted regularly.
- Calls and e-mails — if you call a manager or write to us, we process your number or address and the content of your message in order to reply and agree an order. Legal basis: steps prior to a contract at your request.
- Cookies — the only first-party cookies are
promo_*_closed: they remember that you closed a seasonal message so it is not shown again until the end of the week; they contain no personal data and do no tracking. The Cloudflare protection service may set purely technical security cookies (for example to recognise bots); they are not used for advertising or tracking.
3. Third parties that may receive your data
- Cloudflare — protection and acceleration of the site. All requests pass through its network (IP address and technical request parameters are processed). Cloudflare may also inject its own cookieless Web Analytics script, which sends Cloudflare anonymous page-load data; it does not identify you and is not used for advertising.
- Google Maps — the warehouse map loads only after you click "Show the map". After that Google receives your IP address and may set its cookies under the Google privacy policy. Without the click no request is sent to Google.
- Instagram and TikTok — the site only links to our pages; following them is governed by those services' policies.
Fonts and images are hosted on our own server — there are no requests to external font CDNs.
4. Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct or delete it, to restrict processing or to object to it. Write to [email protected] — we reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU you may also contact your national supervisory authority. These rights follow from the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and, for EU visitors, the GDPR.
5. Security
The site works over HTTPS only, server access is restricted and logs are not shared with third parties except where the law expressly requires it.
6. Changes
If the way the site works changes (for example an order form appears), this page will be updated and the date above changed.
